Ed Roman Guitar Endorsers & Players
Donny Osmond & Steve Lee
I commissioned a guitar from you a couple of years ago. I wanted to really put it through its paces before casting judgment on it, and possibly considering a review on harmony-central.
Well, time flies and it has been a good handful of years with this guitar as a workhorse in the studio.
At the time of conception, I believed that I came to you reasonably well versed in luthiery and guitar mechanics. Boy was I naïve. You patiently presented me with options I had never considered, and presented each one’s benefits and drawbacks. You always made sure that I was aware of the prices for each option as well, and I appreciated the transparency of your salesmanship. You helped me through the commission process in a thoughtful, practical and frank way. The result: The guitar of my dreams. It looks as beautifully as it plays and sounds - I cherish every second that I get to play on it and consider the guitar one of the best investments that I have ever made. It is everything that I have ever wanted in an instrument, well beyond the quality of any other guitar, violin or cello that I have ever played.
And with the passing of time, the instrument remains as stable and solid as the day I received it. Thus, my tardy but time-seasoned testimonial.
For this I would like to thank you, and wish you all the best.

Today 41 Years Later Leslie Has Remained True To His Music, He Still Rocks Hard. He Unquestionably Has The Best Vibrato In The Business & His Tone Is Amazing !!
Eric Clapton is a great player, but today he has really mellowed out and has not remained true to his finest hour. sadly his music is bland & thin sounding compared to Cream. He has definitely gone "Middle Of The Road." I can't blame him too much, If he had stayed true to his roots he would not be as big today as he is.
Jeff Beck has gotten incredibly better but his music has actually gone a little over my head. He's so far ahead of me that I find it hard to comprehend and I don't feel as connected to it as the early stuff. His sound has also changed drastically. Technically he is far better than he used to be, but I'll listen to early Beck till I die.
All those incredible early Yardbirds songs were
actually all Jeff Beck, Many people, myself included, thought that
it was Clapton at the beginning. Truth be told Clapton left the band
before the Yardbirds had even one hit. I am pretty sure that was him
on Smokestack Lightning but that song was definitely recorded well
before their first hit "For Your Love"
If Hendrix had one of the newer more improved guitars that are available today. I'll bet he would have still been cranking out new concepts and ideas, Incidentally Jimi Hendrix played Bass Guitar for Leslie West, I have photos to prove it, The photos are not great or I would have posted them here.
Leslie West is Still Alive &
Kicking, He Can Be Ornery & Cranky, But I Will Always Love Him For
His Great Music, No Matter What He Does. One of my most treasured
personal prized possessions is the Steinberger guitar he gave me in
1994 when he switched over to playing my LSR
Eddie Van Halen has
said repeatedly that Leslie was one of his biggest influences, I can
hear Leslie in a lot of Eddie's music, I can also hear the Leslie
signature Squeal in many of Billy Gibbon's licks too. Every major
guitar player today has borrowed a little something from Leslie West !!!!Personally he was my greatest influence when I was on the circuit in
the 60's & 70's before I started making & selling guitars.

I spoke with you last week about Quicksilver #8814 but was unable to pick it up on Saturday. I called Monday but you were out. Scott, however, remembered what we worked out with my trade-in. I was able to pick up the guitar Monday and it'a a beauty! Please tell Scott thank you for helping me.
My thanks to you as well. I have been looking at Quicksilvers for some time and was finally able to come see them for myself. You took the time to tell me about the ins and outs of the guitar and even let me test drive it...and it rocked!
The guitar is definitely a work of art. The neck is absolute perfection, and the service definitely went the extra mile. I look forward to doing business with you in the future.
To Ed -
Thank you for taking the time to not only build incredible guitars, but to have a staff that is definitely a step above the rest. Stephan earned my business for life.

Everything is cool on my side man. Quicksilver is still my main axe. Plays great. Always in tune. The Islander has been excellent. Both guitars are awesome.
There are a bunch of pics of me playing the Quicksilver. I pretty much haven't played any other guitar on stage since I got it. more than 6 years ago It's just so reliable & versatile and it sounds fucking great.

I just received Quicksilver #03-220 which is white korina body with a beautiful transparent green quilted maple top. I ordered this guitar sight unseen and was a little apprehensive about spending almost $4,000 for an instrument that I had never heard or played. I am primarily a bass player and use several extremely high-end instruments from Fodera, MTD and F-Bass.
I am therefore very accustomed to high quality, hand made bass guitars, but, playing more and more guitar, I found my old Strat Plus and Les Paul Deluxe somewhat lacking. After playing the Roman Quicksilver for about five minutes, I realized that I had just acquired something quite different and very special. The neck and fingerboard felt great (this is an understatement!), the fit and finish were superb, and last but certainly not least, the sound was amazing. To be clear, each sound was amazing as the Quicksilver is quite a chameleon, being able to shift from Strat-like sounds (with sustain) to meaty Les Paul tones with a simple flip of a switch or two. I knew I was in for a night of little sleep and much guitar playing, and the more I played my new Quicksilver, the more I liked it.
Thanks Ed for designing a guitar that I believe represents the state of the art in electric guitars today. I now only wish I had two.
That Cherrywood Quicksilver U sent me is exactly what I wanted.. Very understated & minimalistic. Several of my friends here locally in Duluth have Quicksilver's. I have played theirs and fell in love.
Currently I have 2 PRS Customs a PRS Santana (bad mistake I hate it and nobody will buy it) I also have a Terry McInturff and a Timtone Headless (I wish I had found out about you sooner) The Timtone is nice but it was very expensive and not worth what I bought it for. The McInturff sits in the closet with the PRS Santana. I am not fond of either of those and I have tried to sell them on Ebay and it has cost me about $100.00 from FeeBay. It's like throwing good money after bad.
The Quicksilver you sent me is a marvelous piece of machinery. I can't get over the neck, the tone is creamy like BB King's Lucille, I can switch to a burning Les Paul, Brown sound and best of all I can even get a funky Strat tone. This guitar is everything U said and more, It has made me a better player and except for that bad Sperzel tuner it's been totally perfect.
I am coming to Vegas in January for CES, I
want to buy another guitar I will bring both my PRS customs to trade. Don't
worry they are both 24 fret models. I think I want to get one of your neck
through the body models this time.
Thanks for everything
I just wanted to drop you a note regarding my visit to your store. I was very impressed with your setup and your staff. Can you really be excited about a guitar store? My answer is yes! The inventory was remarkable. Items that I have seen in photos, but have never been available in my town, plus the guys (Scott and T.C. were in that Monday morning) put up with a lot of my questions, and in the end were very professional and helpful in helping me make a decision on what to purchase. I ended up choosing a Warlock, a Dean Razor, and a Jackson RR 24. I like the guitars that have a unique look to them. And talk about unique…… that Rockingbird and Rockingbat models are in a class of there own, not only for design, but for the way they are built. All the Abstract Guitars are exceptional.
We spent about 2 hours in the store looking at everything …. new, used and those Van Halen guitars. Initially, I was looking to purchase the “Shark” guitar. It was something that has been a dream since the 80’s. But after seeing it up close, I couldn’t justify the $5,000 price tag! It really does look like a piece of crap (what was Eddie thinking). It would be a lot better looking unit if it has a glossy lacquer finish. I may just have to settle for the kit version of one of the other styles. It would just be to hang on the wall anyway.
I can’t forget to say thanks to Bob. We were only in town for a couple of days and I brought along my Kramer for a setup and some missing parts. Bob did an awesome job of cleaning, setting and restringing it. He also made a template for a cavity that was missing at the back, to send it to the custom shop to get fabricated as he did not have the ability to do that in the store. He was going to send it out later. I had my guitar back in less than a day. Outstanding!
Good service, good people, awesome product……..Most impressive!
We are going to be back to Vegas in August, and after the hotel check in, your store will be the first stop on my list! I will definitely be looking at the 1984 or 5150 kit guitar (or both), as well as something in a bass guitar. Can you do the paint work on these kit guitars, or do you have to sell them unfinished, and if you can paint them…..how much extra?
I’ll send you a note closer to when we will be leaving and hopefully you could be at the store next time, so I could thank you personally.
Keep up the good work!
The Shark guitar is available 2 ways: I can get you a beautiful one with neck through the body and a nice glossy paint job The price would be the same.
There are a number of other things I could do to refine it and make it a real beauty...
I'm glad you liked the store, Those guys down there are all bent on making sure the store has a good vibe and a warm feel.
If you are interested in the Shark, I suggest you give me a call, The shark I would build you would basically be an Abstract. I can pretty much guarantee you will love the way it plays and looks..
Thanks for your business, we all appreciate it !

Letter From Damien Esmond 2009
You're a busy man and I wont waste your time.
I just want to state for the record that 15 years later, the 5 grand I spent on the Damien Death 7 String is the best & most longest lasting thrill I have ever purchased. I think of that crazy 1996 flight over the sound in the small plane with Jeff Frohman piloting and the taxi ride out to old man Wanzer's hill into your world (When Jeff was commissioning the BC Rich metal plate doubleneck) and I witnessed your empire and said to myself "whoa, this is something I need to buy into"... and I planned the ultimate guitar cuz then and only then, I knew, it could become reality.
I couldn't afford it but I made it happen
anyway, and Ed, I am eternally grateful, only you could have pulled
this off, I know this in my heart. I still enjoy the eye popping out
of the skull look I get when fans/strangers/moshers in the pit see
it for the first time, when they realize that its real as fuck, and
potentially deadly (The spike has been inside my thigh twice now(
very deep) and my lead singer's thigh once (he's learned to hang on
the other side now, for safety).
Send me a picture of you with the guitar..
I will post it !!!!! Preferably an action shot !!!
Firstly let me say it has been a pleasure meeting you and spending some time with someone who obviously is a master at his subject, in this case being guitars. As you know I made a point on my business trip to come to Las Vegas, Arizona from South Africa to meet with you.
About 6 years ago I came across your website and immediately wanted one or two or three of your guitars. I managed to acquire an RVC and loved the workmanship but mostly the tone and play-ability of the instrument with it's P90 pickups.
I also managed to get three sets of your Seymour Duncan Black/Back pickups which I have installed in a Gibson Les Paul Custom, a ESP Horizon and my daughters Fender Squire. The single biggest improvement to these guitars have to be attributed to the Black/Backs and there tones are sweeter than ever. All the muso's that have heard them have turned a dull green with envy and are wanting them as well.
Finally on the 17th of July I picked up my very own Made by ED ROMAN in the USA Quicksilver. Not only is it one of the most beautiful guitars I have ever seen, but feels, plays and sounds like nothing I have ever experienced. I must add that I have some 36+ guitars from Gibson, Fender, ESP, Musicman, Dean and even PRS (with it's elephant like heel joint) and therefore have direct comparisons at hand.
All I can say is thank you Ed, you have made me a work of art guitar and further a new friend and customer for life.
Wishing you all the further success you deserve.
Please choose a pic from the group and show the world what a happy customer looks like.

| Dear Ed
First of all I would like to thank you for teaching me so much about the way guitars are built and some of the most important things that I feel every guitar player in the world should know as you do, before making a purchase on any guitar. Also I have to say if there's any guitar players out there that don't check out your website before buying any guitar they all should. Your website has to be the most informative website on guitars I have ever seen.
Since I have been playing guitar I feel that you are the best man I have ever met on the planet when it comes to explaining in detail the differences in the guitars being sold on the market today and the ones your developing. When you walk into any Music Shop here in Vegas and I don't want to mention any names in particular because I've been to them all the people working there know nothing about how a guitar is made. Since I have met you I have learned more about why anyone should be buying any guitar from your shop.
OK now lets get to the Quicksilver guitars that are built and designed by you. I have been a Gibson man since I've been playing guitar until now. I have changed my preferences from being a Gibson man to a Quicksilver guitarist for many reasons and I'm not going to go into to much detail as to why. Let anyone who reads this e mail visit you and they'll know what I mean. First of all the Tonal Woods used on your line of Quicksilver guitars are just incredible. The body designs had to be done so carefully and with every detail in mind for any guitar player to be able to play the guitar comfortably especially with the 24 fret guitars that most of the guitar builders out there can't build for the guitarist to reach. I mean why buy a 24 fret guitar if you can't reach the frets easily enough to play. Well, the Quicksilver is the first 24 fret guitar I have owned that makes it an ease to reach the frets in the higher registers.
The way the guitar was designed in every aspect had to be for comfort, sound, looks, feel, and ease to play. I don't think I'll ever play a Gibson again even though I own several for all the reasons I learned from you and because the Quicksilver's are just an overall better guitar then anything out there today. I have now become a loyal customer of you for many reasons. In fact there's so many reasons that I can't type them all.
You are the most knowledgeable man I've ever met in guitar building and I don't think anyone can even come close to you. And I do mean all the big companies out there that I really don't want to mention to protect you and myself from any kind of lawsuits but I'm sure any professional or learner out there knows the companies I'm talking about. When I first got my Quicksilver home I immediately got out my amp and tuned it up. The intonation was perfect. That happens to be the first guitar I ever bought that didn't need some kind of tweaking done on it to make it perfect. The Quicksilver was perfect.
I really don't know what else to say except THANK YOU for educating me on why you should buy a quality product which the major guitar companies just can't afford to build anymore I'm sorry to say. I now love the Quicksilver guitar I purchased from you and I'm sold on them. I don't think there's anything that can come close to the value of these fine crafted guitars you have developed. Well, I do still want to have a Leslie West Rocket made for myself and I will in time but for now I'm a Quicksilver man and can't go back to the Gibsons. I'll hold on to them but they are all retired now and the Quicksilver is my main guitar at this time. After the Rocket I'll probably be satisfied and stop buying guitars. Well, until your next development comes out at least.
Thank you Ed Roman for having me as one of your customers. Its always a pleasure to talk to you because it seems every sentence that comes out of your mouth is a teaching experience and I feel all the professional guitarists out there and the learners should all experience a conversation with the most knowledgeable man on the planet before buying any guitar. And if they don't buy one from you they are definitely making a huge mistake. Thanks again Ed for everything. Your a huge asset to anybody that plays a guitar or bass.
Charlie DiBuduo Jr.
Thanks for your kind letter and endorsement. I will try to live up to all those fine compliments you bestowed upon me and the Quicksilver. You just might be my greatest fan. I am glad you love your guitar. Letters like yours make it all worthwhile! Thanks again and I won't let you down!
I just had to write another E. Mail about my two Quicksilver Guitars I bought from you. As you know I was ALWAYS a Gibson Guitar Lover from the time I was Nine Years old until 2002 when I first walked into your old store with my wife to see what Ed Roman Guitars was truly all about. I had found your web site about 9 months before getting off my butt and going down to see the REAL DEAL in person.
I also had a 1972 Gold top Gibson Les Paul Deluxe which I toured with and used as my Main Guitar for 12 years. I had a FULL Plate at that time and didn't have time to even THINK about buying a REAL Guitar like the 2 Quicksilver's I have now. But after reading just about everything on your Web Site, before going down to the store and meeting you in person which I finally got around to back in 2002 was one of the smartest things I've ever done in the 41 years I've been playing Guitar. I had called and made an appointment with you so you could look over my 72 Les Paul Deluxe and see if you could get it back the way it was when I first bought it when I was 12 years old. Well, again that was one of the smartest things I've done in the 41 years I'm playing. Meeting you for the first time and just listening to the knowledge you have about Guitars & anything with strings on it just blew me away. I'm keeping my Old Les Paul's but I'm playing my Quicksilvers !!!!!!

I appreciate you must get a zillion emails a day so don't concern yourself to reply but I felt I must drop you a quick note about your guitars.
I became aware of your website/store a couple of years ago and found your views on guitars very interesting and entertaining (i love the rants!) and decided one day I must get one of your guitars.
However, I live in England and have had no opportunity to visit Vegas and I didn't fancy just ordering one over the phone, spending a load of money and crossing my fingers to see what the hell arrived (especially as a number of other websites are quite critical of your guitars).
Anyway... I occasionally look on evil bay on the off chance a Quicksilver or Pearlcaster might turn up at a price worth 'taking a risk' and a few weeks ago one did.
I am the proud owner of a lovely Pearlcaster (Serial # 403).
What a great piece!
It looks gorgeous, it's a pleasure to play and it sounds fantastic.
I am really blown away by how versatile it is, the different sounds you can get from this beast with the different pickup combinations are awesome.
I have a pile of 'quality' guitars but this is now my weapon of choice. In the past I'd switch between different guitars on stage to get the sounds I wanted, now I can get everything out of this one guitar.
On the strength of this, when I get some spare cash I will be seriously thinking about getting a Quicksilver to join it.
Thanks for making a great guitar!

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know how much I'm enjoying the beautiful Baker guitar that I bought from you last month. Although I've been a long-time fan of guitar music, I am just a novice student who has decided to try his hand as a retirement project. My new guitar is a pleasure to look at, listen to, and handle, so I guess it's no surprise that I look forward to picking it up each day for practice. Even if my late start (and modest native ability) mean that I never quite master the instrument in the way that my favorite players have, I am having a blast trying to get there.
PS I don't know how you feel about karma, but check this out: My recently increased interest in the electric guitar came about partly as a result of some research I've been doing for a novel that I'm working on. One of my characters is (not so) loosely based on Lindsey Buckingham (one of the aforementioned "favorite players"). At one point, my story calls for this character to lose a rare, irreplaceable guitar in a fire. Needing some info on such an instrument, I thought I'd try your web site. I clicked on the "obscure manufacturer" tab, and up pops a photo of you and Lindsey Buckingham! I guess it was meant to be.

First off I would like to say that I have purchased two Pearlcasters from you in the past months.... One from John and the other from Scott. Both had Buzz Feiten setups and Duncan Vintage Rails, both sound and play just absolutely amazing! The second purchase I made was for a good friend of mine, Jerry Jennings, who has been playing for 35 years. He is extremely picky and often disappointed with the guitars he checks out. Recently he was giving serious consideration to an Anderson guitar he checked out. However, when he played my Pearlcaster he fell in love with it, much more so than the Anderson. Subsequently, I purchased one for him and he is loving it! Thank you for your tenaciousness and your drive to make a great guitar. The industry giants may not like you, but there are plenty of us out here in the real world who are playing and loving your guitars. Thanks again.
Now, onto the question of the day....
I have a PRS Custom 24 with a 5 position rotary switch that I am considering sending to your shop for some modifications. The modifications I am considering are as follows:
Buzz Feiten Set Up
Swap out for Seymour Duncan Black Backs that you are using in your Quicksilver's
Swap out for Push/Pull Pots and the 3 way toggle that you are using in your Quicksilver's
I guess I should ask this question first; Is it possible to change out the 5 way rotary for the 3 way toggle with the way the holes are drilled and the contour of the body? Depending on the cost, maybe I should just trade it in for one of your Quicksilver's?? The PRS is basically a never played guitar, so I don't know what it would be worth to you?
Your thoughts and recommendations are sincerely appreciated.
Thank you so much for guiding me to the Pearlcaster I purchased. While I was caught up in the 50th anniversary hype of the Stratocaster, I was convinced that if I purchased one, it must be a better version. And thanks to you, I know own one. Please also pass along my thanks and appreciation to the young luthier that crafted this phenomenal instrument. He's really gifted and has truly crafted a masterpiece. I'm stilled amazed by the Titan neck and am so glad Ed Roman Guitars is promoting the value that this luthiery represents. I am also proud to say that thanks to Ed Roman Guitars, I now own several masterpieces, and that while I feel they're worth every penny, my Pearlcaster and Quicksilver are at the top of my list in the value for money category.
In closing, it's reassuring that this luthiery talent continues to develop and that Ed Roman recognizes this and helps it flourish. I can occasionally be swayed by a pretty website picture, but when I try to dig deeper and understand what makes the guitar better, I come up empty. Ed Roman makes it very tough on the competition because you've lifted the veil. I owe you a great deal of thanks and appreciate Ed Roman's commitment to offer facts and details that educates the buyer and helps us discriminate the wheat from the chaff.
Ed Roman has built many custom guitars for
numerous other Guitarists.
Many of them are bound by contracts to say they play other brands.
I love my new Pearlcaster Serial #05358
It's everything I was hoping for and looking for in a "strat" guitar... and then some.
And thanks for working with me on the price.
There are some questions I have though?
Firstly, there was no warranty info or description included with product. I was hoping to read up about the tech specs of the neck.
So, I was hoping you could send me the description and photo you had on your computer of my guitar, Ed?
Also, do you have instructions on the Sperzel locking tuners?
I've never owned a guitar with these before and want to ensure I work them properly.
What weight and brand of strings do you guys use...?
I really like the strings that are on this thing.
Are they 10's?
Again, I really appreciate the help your sales guy, Jason, showed me and his patience.
Buying a guitar at Ed Romans is exactly the kind of experience that every player/perspective guitar buyer should experience firsthand.
And too think? I might have settled for a Fender.
I’m playing in a corporate band called Downstream Signal. We play at corporate functions at some pretty cool places throughout the country. We’ll be playing at the Venetian Hotel in October. Here are some pictures from a recent gig in Arizona where we opened up for The Goo Goo Dolls. As you can see, I look a lot different than I did back in 89, but one thing that hasn’t changed is that I’m still playing my Ed Roman “Lefty” guitars!
Stay in touch Ed. I really hope I get to see you in October. I’ll send you an e-mail when I get the exact dates but right now it looks like I’ll be out there the first week in October.

Rundgren/Utopia fans know Kasim Sulton for his bass, guitar, piano,
and singing skills on albums from "Ra" through "Redux '92: Live In
Japan." He has been very busy since those days. Somewhat overlapping
the latter Utopia years and continuing into the present,
Kasim has played on albums and/or toured with Todd Rundgren, Cheap Trick, The Indigo Girls, Patti Smith, and Hall & Oates, as well as extensive work with Joan Jett and Meat Loaf.
Recently, Kasim was the bass player on Todd Rundgren's power trio tour in support of Todd's album "One Long Year."
Kasim is an accomplished singer performer and all around musician in his own right. We were very pleased and honored that he came to us to have a Pearlcaster made.
We also felt very honored because Kasim could very easily have
gotten 2 or 3 free Fenders just by calling and asking for them.
For 35 years singer / songwriter Kasim Sulton
has worked with artists as diverse as Todd Rundgren, The New Cars, Meat Loaf,
Joan Jett, Utopia, Celine Dion, Bon Jovi and Hall & Oates, plus he played a
series of appearances in the musical Movin' Out on Broadway as well as having
his own solo career.
3 years ago he toured the US and Europe with Meat Loaf to promote his latest album Bat Out Of Hell III from February until the tour was cut short in October due to Meat Loaf developing a cyst on a vocal chord.
Kasim's own CD, Quid Pro Quo, was released in 2002 on Sphere Sound Records and won the 2003 Kweevak.com 2003 People's Choice Award. To the delight of his fans, Kasim released a compilation solo album called All Sides in March'07! Kasim played 3 solo gigs last summer plus he played more in March this year.
Kasim has just completed touring the both Japan and US as part of Todd Rundgren's following successful tours of the West Coast in September and the East Coast in December. In the early summer Kasim will be with Meat Loaf in Europe. Kasim has booked a solo gig in Woodstock, NY on 17th May and another in Boston on 27th May.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for my recent Pearlcaster purchase. I have only had it for a few days and it has already exceeded my expectations! I have owned a couple of Fenders in the past and I got rid of both of them. They just were not all that great. But my Pearlcaster is a keeper!
The fit and finish is excellent. Jeff Terwilliger's Caribbean Burst Finish is nothing short of a work of art. The bird's eye maple neck and fretboard are also eye catchers. I have left it sitting in a stand several times so that I could sit and look at all the cosmetic touches. Wow!
But let's not forget the most important part: How does it play and sound? "Wow" again. I was thinking about switching to mini humbuckers until I heard the Duncan single coils; I'm glad I stuck with the single coils. My Pearlcaster has, by far, the broadest tonal palate of any of the guitars I own. Regardless of which position the 5 way blade is in, or where the volume and tone knobs are; the tonal palate stays extremely well balanced. I have read a few reviews online of Pearlcasters. They alleged that Pearlcaster's had a thin sound and fell short of the classic Stratocaster sound. Well, there is nothing thin about sound of my Pearlcaster! It certainly does not fall short of the Strat sound; it meets and exceeds what a Fender is capable of delivering. I would describe a Pearlcaster as a 'Stratocaster on Steroids'!! (And that's without active circuitry.) Your method of direct coupling the neck to body makes a huge difference. Your bolt on neck method is probably much of the reason Pearlcaster's sound the way they do.
The Pearlcaster's playability is fantastic! The action is light, quick and responsive. The worth or value of the raw, 2200g neck cannot be overstated. One really needs to play a guitar with one of your custom necks to fully appreciate the difference between your necks and the cookie cutter necks on most other guitars. The fretboard is also excellent. All things considered, my Pearlcaster has quickest action of any guitar I own. (I think it has improved my playing. It has definitely has made me faster guitar player.)
I really enjoyed my tour of your facility on my recent visit to Las Vegas. After seeing your small, private showroom Guitar Center and other Music stores are laughable! (The small office downstairs has more variety in stock than Guitar Center.) I would also like to thank Bob for showing me how to fine tune the setup on my guitar (learning how to fine finish fretwires was invaluable). Yeah, yeah, yeah. They're supposed come that way! My guitar was not completely set up and I like to do my own work as much as I can. The result being: A custom fit!
